Refund Policy
When a repair is refunded, when it is redone instead, and how long either takes.

Draft — pending review. This policy was drafted from what the rest of the site already promises. It has not been checked by a lawyer and is not yet binding. Read it, correct it, then set REVIEW_PENDING to false in src/lib/legal.ts to remove this notice.
If the fault comes back
A repair carries a 90-day warranty. If the same fault returns within it, we return and put it right at no charge — that is the first thing we do, before any question of a refund.
Book the return visit the same way you booked the first, or call us and quote the original booking.
When we refund
If we cannot fix the fault we were called for, you do not pay for the repair.
If we return for the same fault and still cannot fix it, we refund what you paid for that repair.
If you were charged for a part that was never fitted, we refund it.
What is not refunded
The visit charge stands where a technician attended, diagnosed the fault and told you the cost, and you chose not to go ahead.
A new and unrelated fault is a new repair, not a failure of the last one.
Damage caused after our visit by misuse, a power surge, or someone else working on the appliance is not covered.
How to ask
Write to support@24x7services.in or call 1800-200-247 with your booking reference and what went wrong.
We will respond within 3 working days and tell you what we can do.
An agreed refund is returned by the method you paid with, normally within 7 to 10 working days.
